Mid Day news watch:

Interesting video and article in the New York Times about Bogota’s Transmilenio bus system.  While the Transmilenio is cool and as the article explains fairly innovative, I did not live on it’s route.   At the begining of that article when they talk about Bogota’s Seventh Avenue (La Septima), yeah, that is the street I lived on.  I also took the type of bus pictured above to and from school/work everyday.  I loved it, and I hated it.  Just a little insight into some of my experiences over this past year.

Also an interesting article given Slemrod’s recent work on the Cap-N-Trade bill with the Senate Budget Committee.  Read up youngin’s!!!!! More comin later!
